Mysterious Huawei 4G smartphone with 40W charging support appears on 3C

Although Huawei is struggling to manufacture new handsets, it still has plans to release new models in the coming months. A mysterious HUAWEI-branded smartphone has now made its appearance at the 3C certification agency. The listing reveals certain key details about the phone. Let’s take a look at what this device has to offer.

According to @WHYLAB, a new Huawei smartphone with model number BAL-AL00 has been certified by China’s 3C. The listing says that the handset will be limited to 4G connectivity, which is not surprising, given the sanctions imposed by the US government.

Apart from that, the listing discloses that the phone will ship with a 40W charger with model number HW-100400C02. This power adapter can charge devices at the following rates – 5V 2A, 9V 2A, and 10V 40A.

Huawei is rumored to launch its first clamshell foldable smartphone. We even reported on a new development regarding this phone earlier today. The new 3C certification could belong to this upcoming device

The new Galaxy Z Flip3-like foldable handset from Huawei is said to sport a less complex hinge design without comprising reliability. This hinge is reportedly under mass production by Zhaoli Technology.

Having said that, we expect Huawei BAL-AL00 to receive multiple other certifications if it is ready to hit the market. At the same time, we are looking forward to learning more about it via leaks and official teasers.
