Mickey Rourke ex Carré Sutton sues former boss for rape

“Wild Orchid” actress and Mickey Rourke ex Carré Sutton claims in a new lawsuit that she was repeatedly raped and sex-trafficked as a teen by the former husband of cover girl Linda Evangelista.

Sutton — a k a Carré Otis, who co-starred alongside Rourke in the 1989 flick — says then-Elite modeling agency boss Gérald Marie sexually abused her whenever Evangelista would leave the apartment that the three of them shared in Paris in the 1980s, according to the Manhattan federal suit.

The suit was brought by Sutton, now 52, under New York’s Child Victims Act, which allows sex-abuse accusers to bring suits against their alleged attackers no matter how long ago the reported incidents took place.

The window to bring suits under the Child Victims Act closes at midnight Friday.

Marie has previously been accused of sexual assault by a number of models.

Sutton says her abuse started after she ran away from home at the age of 16 and landed a job with the Elite Modeling agency in New York in 1986, according to the suit.

In the Big Apple, Sutton was housed in a so-called “model apartment” and earned barely any money while forced to rely on the agency for food, income and shelter, the documents say.

She failed to succeed in New York and was shipped to Paris by an Elite manager named Trudi Tapscott, who is also named as a defendant in the suit, and set up to live with Marie in his apartment, which he shared with Evangelista, according to court papers.

Marie allegedly began abusing Sutton soon after she started living there, the suit claims.

“Every time Evangelista left the apartment, defendant Marie expected plaintiff to let him rape her which he did repeatedly over the span of months,” the suit states.

Sutton also claims in her lawsuit that she was trafficked at the time to other wealthy men in Europe, including an unnamed Italian billionaire whose home she was sent to for a reputed photo shoot.

When she arrived at the home, there was no shoot, “only a lavish party where the billionaire attempted to rape [her],” the suit states.

When she turned 18, Sutton fought back against Marie, who responded by yelling at her and kicking her out of his home, her suit alleges.

Sutton went on to have a successful modeling and acting career and married Rourke in 1992. The pair divorced in 1998, and she wed environmentalist Matthew Sutton in 2005.

Evangelista was married to Marie from 1987 to 1993.

Marie and Tapscott were unable to be immediately reached.
