One of the DEA’s most wanted criminals extradited from Mexico to the US

This Sunday, the Government of Mexico extradited Raúl ‘R’ to the United States, who was required by the Federal District Court of Colorado to be tried for his alleged responsibility in the commission of crimes against health and money laundering.

According to the reports From the Mexican authorities, the defendant allegedly trafficked drugs and laundered the money from the proceeds from their sale in Colorado Springs in 2015. For these activities entry to the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration’s (DEA) Colorado Office’s Most Wanted list.

The defendant was handed over at the Mexico City International Airport, where he was received by designated US agents for his final transfer to the city of Denver.
