Goldman Sachs’ Investment Banking Head for Saudi Arabia Goes to PIF
Eyas AlDossari, the Head of Investment Banking for Saudi Arabia, is taking a job at Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). Eyas AlDossari joined Goldman Sachs in 2017 from HSBC’s Saudi Arabian unit.
Goldman Sachs has worked on Saudi Aramco’s initial public
offering. Goldman Sachs also worked on the US$ 70 billion acquisition of a
stake in Saudi Basic Industries Corp. and the merger of Saudi British Bank with
Alawwal.
In 2017, Goldman received approval from Saudi’s Capital
Market Authority (CMA) to trade equities in the kingdom.
Before HSBC, Eyas AlDossari worked at CMA as an officer in
the corporate finance and issuance division.
