Tori Spelling In Deep Financial Trouble

If there’s one celebrity who has had a pretty bad 2020, it’s Tori Spelling. Actually, make that a bad 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, and so on. The television actress and reality television star recently had her bank accounts seized after she failed to pay her credit card debts. Here’s what you need to know.

According to Us Weekly, Tori and her husband Dean McDermott had their bank accounts seized back in April and yes, it was during the middle of the coronavirus lockdown, too. Documents that have been obtained by the publication say that a writ of execution was ordered in March of 2020 and executed within a month later by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

This is because the 47-year-old has failed to pay her $88,000 credit card bill from American Express. She was first sued by American Express for failing to pay the same card back in 2016.

Even though Tori wants many of her fans and social media followers that she is a frugal mom who loves to shop at Target and checks out the best deals for her children, her financial statements tell a whole different story.

In 2019 her husband Dean McDermott was swerved with papers from City National Bank after the couple allegedly declined to pay more than $205,000 in debt.

With all of the above said, Tori Spelling doesn’t seem to be very phased at all about her money woes. So far she hasn’t made any comments, however, the actress was called out for wanting to charge her fans $95 for participating in meet and greet Zoom calls with her.

One fan said, “Damn people are dying, and you still thinking how to gain money from us… what you were and what you became.” Another said, “Stop trying to make money.”
