Apu Biswas served with legal notice for alleged cheque fraud

A lawyer on behalf of Badshah Bulbul, proprietor of AB International, served Dhallywood actress Apu Biswas a legal notice for alleged cheque fraudulence on Sunday.

Bulbul’s lawyer Manzur Alam said film star Apu Biswas took TK 10 lakh from his client at different times.

She later Bulbul two account-pay cheques of Bank Asia - each for Tk five lakh. 

But both cheques were dishonoured on July 8, prompting Bulbul to serve the actress with a legal notice.
