A DIVORCEE owed £450million by a Russian oligarch is in a battle for his £346million yacht

A British judge awarded Tatiana Akhmedova 41.5 per cent of businessman Farkhad Akhmedov’s £1billion-plus fortune in 2016.

Mr Justice Haddon-Cave, who analysed the case at a trial in the Family Division of the High Court in London, said Ms Akhmedova should walk away with £453million.

She has had £5million so far and Mr Akhmedov has not “voluntarily” paid a penny, a court heard.

Mr Akhmedov has said that because he and his ex-wife are not British, and were not married in Britain, a British judge should not have made decisions.

She has taken legal action in Britain and abroad in a bid to get her hands on money and assets.

A judge has said she should get the yacht and £115million of art.

Both are now owned by trusts in Liechtenstein.

The High Court case, overseen by Mrs Justice Gwynneth Knowles, is due to end this week.
