SHANGHAI HUAWEI TECHNOLOGY GETS A MAJOR SHAKEUP
Shanghai Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. had a major industrial
and commercial shuffle. Huawei CEO, Ren Zhengfei, withdrew from the company’s
directors. Former Huawei President, Sun Yafang, also resigned as the company’s
legal representative and chairman. In addition, all four key personnel,
including Huawei’s rotating chairman Xu Zhijun also stepped down.
There is no
reason for this shuffling. We do not know if the recent frequent shuffling has
anything to do with its tussle with the US. However, this is not the first time
that Huawei is making such major changes in its subsidiaries.
According to reports, since the end of 2019, the executives

On March 11, 2020, Chengdu Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. had
an industrial and commercial change. Wang Tao stepped down as his legal

and chairman.
The above four companies are wholly-owned by Huawei
Technologies Co., Ltd.
