Ruslan Shamsuarov Accused of Rape

Ruslan Shamsuarov, the son of LUKOIL vice-president is suspected of rape, REN TV reports.

According to the TV channel, a student of one of the Moscow universities went to the police and said that Shamsuarov had sexually violated her.

It is specified that the incident occurred on Pobeda Square, but the circumstances are unknown. It is noteworthy that the oligarch’s son lives on this street. A check has been initiated into the report.

To recall, Ruslan Shamsuarov became known after the scandalous race in Gelandewagens. He and his friends staged a race with the officers of the State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate in May 2016. The race was broadcasted via Periscope app.

In the video, the son of LUKOIL vice-president called the traffic policemen “cops, morons, and jerks.” The infamous streetracer Mara Bagdasaryan was also in the car; she was a witness in the case.
